Community Projects

We want to take the skill-sets that we needed to build Allkin and apply them to local community projects. In turn helping our local community thrive as much as we possibly can.

As part of our Allkin Together Foundation we will be funding the following projects the moment we launch our brand new site at Oakridge.

🌱  Regenerative Outdoor Classroom

We will be partnering with local schools & community to build a no-dig an outdoor classroom to teach kids and adults about regenerative farming, soil health, and growing their own food. Offering workshops run by your team.

⚡  Green Energy Awareness & Micro-grid Support

We will help schools & local businesses assess their carbon footprint and introduce small-scale green energy solutions. Sponsor or co-develop solar panel installations or battery storage kits with educational signage on-site. We will also be launching a green energy classroom powered by our off-grid battery systems.

🍞  Zero-Waste Community Bakery / Kitchen / Roastery

We will create a community kitchen that uses our spent grain super flour and other surplus ingredients to make nutritious food for vulnerable groups. Offer community baking & cooking sessions that celebrate low-waste and local food.

🌳  Urban Greening & Tree Planting

Organise regular re-wilding and tree-planting events in partnership with local councils and schools. Focus on under-served areas that lack green spaces. Include education around biodiversity and local ecosystems.

📚   Sustainable Business Skills for Young People

Host workshops & short courses for college students and young entrepreneurs on how to build purpose-led, sustainable businesses. Including sessions on carbon literacy, circular economy, regenerative design, raising capital, storytelling, marketing your idea, employment tips and practical tools to bring their ideas to life.

🛠️   Repair Cafés

Help people fix rather than throw away, from clothing to electronics. Hosting events that bring together local craftspeople, engineers, and volunteers. Using our venue as a hub for sharing knowledge and resources.

💬   Community Conversation Series

Host regular open discussions around key themes: sustainability, climate, mental health, purpose-driven business, etc. Invite local voices, thought leaders & farmers, create space for connection and collaboration.
