Sustainability
Sustainability at Allkin isn’t a buzzword, it’s the blueprint. From brewing to baking, every part of our process is engineered to give more than it takes. We’ve built a closed-loop system powered by sun, wind, water, and innovation, drawing from our own borehole, generating our own green energy, and turning every waste product into something purposeful. With world-firsts like our spent grain dehydrator and mobile battery delivery system, we’re not just removing our footprint, we’re going carbon positive and helping others do the same.
This is sustainability redefined- smart, circular, and built to last.
The Grow Project
The Grow Project is our commitment to producing food the right way, on-site, with care, and in line with the same values that shape everything we do. Born from the vision of hosting chef’s tables, summer BBQs, and unforgettable gatherings, we knew we had to grow as much of our own produce as possible. Using no-dig, low-intervention and organic methods, we let nature lead, building healthy soil, supporting biodiversity, and cutting out chemicals completely. It’s food grown with intention, rooted in sustainability, and served with pride.
Plastic 2.0
Plastic 2.0 is our answer to an unavoidable truth: some plastic still comes through our doors. While we’ve handpicked low-impact suppliers, we’re going further, by recycling all incoming plastic on-site and transforming it into new, useful products through our own shredding and moulding system. From pizza trays and phone cases to community-made ideas, this initiative will soon be open to everyone, turning waste into value and landfill into possibility.
Plastic 2.0 isn’t just a solution, it’s a mindset shift, challenging the throwaway culture and pushing us closer to true zero waste.
